All orders are subject to acceptance by 432HZ FZE. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we will confirm acceptance by email. Orders cannot be canceled once accepted. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across the UAE and GCC. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location. Once the product is handed to the courier, risk and ownership transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Because all products are handmade, 432HZ FZE does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Exchanges or replacements are only provided for items damaged during delivery, subject to inspection and notification within 48 hours of receipt.

All designs, logos, product images, and content on our website are owned by 432HZ FZE and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without our prior written consent.
