Return & Refund Policy

At 432HZ FZE, each product is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns, except in very special cases.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds or replacements may be granted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos and your order number.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method in rare, approved cases.

How to Request Assistance

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@432hz.ae with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video evidence of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond promptly with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom, personalized, or handmade items that are not defective

  • Gift cards

Important Notes

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if approved, may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
